Improv is such a buzz word these days—from concepts like “Yes, and..." to collaboration, innovation, going with the flow, and more.

How comfortable are you with the unknown?

Take some time to step outside your comfort zone with this fun, interactive session where you will try on improv principles through games and exercises professional actors and comedians have used for decades. The twist is learning to apply these seemingly simple and silly games to deep, profound, transformational truths to open up new possibilities in how you experience yourself, your circumstances, and the Game of Life.
