Ending Generational Trauma

In this virtual workshop we will provide tools, strategies, and a safe space to heal the current traumas we've all faced through the past few years with the state of the world and the pandemic.

This one-day workshop is and experiential workshop, where you will learn tools and coping strategies to stop the cycle of trauma in your family and create healing for yourself and all future generations to come.
