Allyship

This one-day course is an experiential workshop, where you will learn what it takes to create and nurture a culture of diversity and inclusion. 

We will discuss the concepts of Allyship, Covering, and how to create systems that go beyond the simplified versions of D&I and create a truly inclusive environment, where each member feels supported and contributes freely.
